Insight sessions are designed to help you open a channel to your personal Soul, guides, and teachers.
As an intuitive channel and translator, I use meditation and guided imagery to help you create a
connection with your Source and frame the questions you have at that time.
Insight sessions can be quite wonderful and intense. I ask that you come prepared by being relatively well
rested, nourished, and hydrated. These sessions start by helping you create a clear intention of what you
want from the session. Some of this work will be done before you come in. We will begin with a deep
meditation where you will open a channel to your Soul and/or guides and teachers. Then you will ask the
questions you wish to have answered. I will assist you in creating this connection and interpreting the answers.
We may also use Perelandra flower essences before and after the session.
